Speed matters! Your product pipeline isn’t just about design—it’s about market relevance, revenue, and competitive edge. 🚨 If your products take too long to launch, here’s what happens: ❌ You miss trends – Fast-moving competitors get there first. ❌ Costs spiral – Excess prototypes, late-stage revisions, and inefficiencies add up. ❌ Inventory risks increase – Overproduction or underproduction become costly mistakes. Yet many enterprise brands still operate with outdated workflows—flat sketches, endless physical samples, and disconnected teams. So, what’s the fix? Here’s mine:Identify what’s broken, and laser focus on that…. simple! We don’t try to solve every problem with 3D. Instead, we stay laser-focused on the bottleneck that’s actually slowing you down. 👉🏾 𝗜𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴? We will support you in identifying the best ways to streamline decision-making with 3D sampling - whether that means replacing your core sampling with 3D sampling, digitising physical colour runs, or enabling digital-first fashion sampling for your manufacturers. 👉🏾 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? By working closely with your supply chain, we pinpoint solutions that alleviate production bottlenecks, helping establish a digital pattern or fitting process. 👉🏾 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗰? 3D visualisation enhances visual communication, enabling designers to determine whether a style works aesthetically while allowing technical teams to foresee any production challenges before they become costly issues The goal isn’t to overhaul your process overnight—it’s to fix what’s failing first and move faster where it matters most. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝘁 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁? 🚀 Faster time-to-market – Your product reaches shelves ahead of competitors. 💰 Lower development costs – Fewer physical samples, fewer late-stage changes. 🎯 Better decision-making – Teams align earlier, reducing wasted effort. 🌍 Sustainable gains – Less waste, less excess inventory, more efficient production. The best part? These aren’t just quick fixes - they create a scalable, long-term advantage. What’s the biggest bottleneck in your product development process right now? 🏗 There are four key long-term habits of a builder that will transform your project. The reason...? Because it will keep you ahead & in flow. They are: Pull Planning, Quality Prep, Look-ahead Planning, & Monitoring Procurement. 👷♂️ 👷♀️ These are not just a good idea... They are crucial. 1️⃣ First, pull planning. When you pull plan you confirm the sequence, the right number of zones, and the overall structure of your phase. When you pull plan you get your trade's input and buy-in and rally the team. Now the burden is off your shoulders alone. --And you will find problem areas, constraints, roadblocks, bottlenecks, and commitments-- 2️⃣ Second, quality pre-con meetings. I know this sounds boring, but what would happen if all trade foremen knew the plan, knew the expectations, and had a quality checklist or visual to follow in the field? Quality would become remarkable. And doing it right the first time makes you go fast. --And you will find possible problems, communication gaps, interface issues, installation problems, and possible black swans ahead of time-- 3️⃣ Third, make-ready planning with your look-aheads. This allows your trades to target dates for resources and planning and allows you to find and remove roadblocks ahead of time. --And you will find large, medium, and small roadblocks, constraints that will affect your flow, specific problems you can solve before they impact you, and any misalignment among trades-- 4️⃣ Fourth, supply chain management. WE DO NOT JUST LEAVE IT TO THE TRADES to order materials. We work with them and monitor the short-interval stages of procurement to ensure our resources are arriving onsite on time. --And you will find any delays, be able to see recovery options, and make sure you have enough materials when you need them-- If you want to be great, do what great people do. Keep these four long-term habits. What would you add? Love, Jason

💡 Nearly all acquisition teams cite a "creative" problem -- namely creating assets for paid ads. While this seems true on the surface — it’s rarely about creativity or a lack of media assets It's actually a *shipping* problem. Much like the saying "you ship your org chart," with creative, you ship your workflow. The reality is, most brands already have tons of creative assets—just scattered across different teams (user research, product, marketing). The problem is, there’s no streamlined process for turning those assets into ads. Here’s a fast fix to get your creative engine shipping at scale: 1️⃣ Mine your existing assets and categorize them: Product-centric: demos, people using the product, etc. Emotion-centric: testimonials, customer reactions, etc. Other: B-roll, behind-the-scenes footage. 2️⃣ Map these assets to proven creative concepts: Before/after comparisons. Testimonials or customer stories. Product use in unexpected contexts. Problem/solution scenarios. User-generated content. 3️⃣ Layer in copy and overlays that speak to one or more of these: Urgency (e.g., "Limited time only!") Scarcity (e.g., "Only 5 left in stock.") Trust (e.g., customer ratings, awards). Social proof (e.g., "Used by 100,000+ customers.") Value proposition (e.g., "Save time, save money.") 4️⃣ Leverage tools like Sovran to generate creative permutations programmatically. This enables you to test variations without draining your team’s bandwidth. (h/t: Manson Chen) 5️⃣ Use platforms like Motion (Creative Analytics) to extract valuable creative insights from real-time performance. 6️⃣ Automate over time by building a content repository and leveraging AI to tag and categorize assets—creating a searchable database that makes scaling content production seamless. 7️⃣ Lastly, “creative” doesn’t always mean visually stunning. In fact, "ugly ads" and "transactional creatives" often outperform their polished counterparts. Don't be afraid to prioritize clarity over aesthetics in performance marketing. If you're still unsure about your team's creative capacity, here's one of my favorite "ugly ads." 👇🏾

The creative stack is broken. Marketing teams juggle 3+ systems every day: 📊 Project management for tasks. 👩💻 A DAM for assets. 📥 Proofing tools for approvals. But here’s the problem: campaigns still slow down. Deadlines still slip. Brand consistency still suffers. Why? Because none of these tools were designed to work together. The shift I’m seeing across industries — from higher ed to retail to financial services — is simple but powerful: 👉 Creative Project Management, DAM, and Proofing unified into one platform. This isn’t just about efficiency. It’s about: Faster launches → campaign velocity as a competitive advantage. Brand protection → one source of truth for every asset. Better collaboration → approvals, projects, and publishing all in flow. That’s the future of creative operations. Teams that stop stitching tools together, and start running on a unified platform, will win on speed, governance, and impact. ⚡ Curious: is your team still running separate systems, or are you already thinking about consolidation?

What’s the key to freeing up my team’s time for innovation and big-picture thinking? Years ago, our M&T teams were stuck in a cycle of repetitive tasks, reinventing the wheel with every project. It was like living in a perpetual groundhog day. This constant grind drained our energy and stifled creativity. The turning point? Automation, integration, and a focus on systems. Here’s what we do now: 🔹 Automate the routine: We use tools to handle repetitive tasks, freeing up our team for more strategic work. 🔹 Build frameworks: For tasks we repeat more than three times, we create templates and train the team to use them. 🔹 Integrate systems: We streamline communication and data flow by using unified communication and collaboration platforms. 🔹 Cultivate flexibility: We remove routine burdens by building systems that empower teams to focus on new ideas and foster a culture of innovation around system development. A systems-driven approach isn’t just about efficiency—it’s about giving creativity the space to thrive. The future is bright when driven by innovation, not routine. Curious how much of this approach is being used across other marketing teams?
