Built an outbound stack so complete, it feels illegal to share 🤫 Most teams don’t struggle with lead gen. They struggle with everything after the lead. Email URL Analysis Email URL Analysis is the process of inspecting and evaluating URLs within emails to identify potential threats, such as phishing links or malware. - Link - When analyzing suspicious emails, it’s crucial to handle links carefully. Instead of clicking, right-click the link and choose "Copy Link Location" to inspect the URL without interacting. This prevents the risk of activating potential malware embedded in the link. Always analyze URLs in a safe environment before further action. - Sublime Text - Use the "Sublime Text" editor for analyzing email headers or URLs. In the context of email URL analysis, search for "HTTP" (or "HTTPS") to identify and inspect embedded links. Also, search for the <a> tag, which is used for hyperlinks. This allows you to view the full URL without clicking, providing a safe method to identify potential phishing or malicious sites. - CyberChef - Use CyberChef for email analysis tasks such as decoding quoted-printable strings, extracting URLs, and defanging malicious links. The "From Quoted Printable" operation helps decode encoded content, while the "Extract URLs" function identifies all URLs. To prevent accidental clicks on malicious links, use the "Defang URL" operation, which modifies URLs to render them safe for analysis without activating the link. - Email IOC Extractor - Email IOC Extractor is used for email forensic analysis, designed to automatically extract Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) from email files. It captures critical components such as IP addresses, URLs, email headers, and attachments. - Analyze URL Reputation Check - When performing URL reputation checks, it's important not to blindly trust the results of automated tools. Understanding the methodology behind them is crucial for making informed decisions during threat analysis. • URL2PNG: Captures screenshots of a webpage for visual inspection • urlscan.io: Provides detailed scans of URLs, including resource loading and script behavior • VirusTotal: Aggregates results from multiple antivirus engines • URLVoid: Checks URL reputation across multiple databases • wannabrowser: Mimics various browsers to test how a URL responds to • Unshorten: Expands shortened URLs for full visibility • PhishTank: Identifies phishing websites through a community-driven database • URLHaus: Focuses on malicious URLs, specifically for distributing malware • Google Safe Browsing: Protects against malicious sites by warning users • JoeSandbox: Performs in-depth dynamic analysis of URLs and attached files https://lnkd.in/eXQq8eVT https://lnkd.in/enzgnX5s https://phishtank.org/ https://www.url2png.com/ https://urlscan.io/ https://lnkd.in/evBWtnCk https://www.urlvoid.com/ https://lnkd.in/e3cci-XW https://unshorten.it/ https://urlhaus.abuse.ch/ https://lnkd.in/eRcG4Gv2 https://lnkd.in/e2ryjFbD #EmailSecurity #URLAnalysis #ThreatDetection #SafeBrowsing #SOC

Here's how we custom coded a process to make sure all of our cold email campaigns are full of leads and get warnings when they aren't. For years, it was the same manual process: download CSVs, upload into Clay, repeat. So we built a system using Cursor, Supabase, Clay, and Railway. Here are the inputs: - Campaign ID - Link to TAM list - Webhook to Clay Supabase stores: - Campaign record - Job record - Scraped contacts Cursor handles the scraping: - Scrapes all contacts from the provided link - Stores them in Supabase The nightly worker (runs on Railway at 2AM ET): Checks all campaigns + jobs. Decides how many leads to send to Clay webhook. Batch size options: 500 / 5,000 / 50,000 per day. really anything that you want Tracks whether each contact was processed or used before. Clay staging → processing: Staging in Clay ensures the contact has never been used for that client. Approved contacts move to the processing table (cleaning + enrichment). Auto-delete on the Clay table keeps the system running autonomously. Smartlead: Leads flow into active campaigns automatically. The alerts: Supabase sends a Slack message when all contacts are processed: "All contacts processed" warning. This tells us it's time to add more leads or the campaign will run dry. Optionally for you, we use ClickUp analytics to verify leads are being added. The outcome: we never have to manually upload CSVs again, and we get proactive warnings before campaigns run out of leads. How are you currently managing lead intake for your cold email campaigns?

I just built my own email verification system for $20/month that processes 10,000 leads daily. Here's the exact step-by-step process I used. My situation: I was spending $300+ monthly on email verification services and still hitting usage caps during big campaigns. My process: 1. Set up a VPS with HostCram ($20/month) and requested port 25 unblocking using their support template. This is critical because most providers block this port by default. 2. Installed Docker on the VPS and deployed Reacher, an open-source email verification tool that runs on your own server instead of paying per verification. 3. Configured my custom domain (reacher.yourdomain.com) by setting up DNS A-records through Cloudflare to point to my VPS IP address. 4. Connected the Reacher API to NAM (Nextwave Automation Manager) and integrated it with Google Sheets for batch processing my lead lists automatically. 5. Built a simple front-end interface using Cloud Code so my team can verify emails without touching the command line. The results: I went from paying $0.03 per verification to essentially unlimited verifications for a flat $20 monthly fee. That's 10,000 verifications daily without usage anxiety. The setup took me about 90 minutes total, but now I'm saving over $3,600 annually on email verification costs alone. Pro tip: When I hit command line errors during setup, I just copied the error messages into ChatGPT and it gave me the exact fixes. Made troubleshooting painless even with my limited technical background. For those processing over 10,000 verifications daily, you'll need to add proxy rotation through Proxy 25 and upgrade to Reacher's commercial license, but the basic setup handles most small to mid-size operations perfectly. What's been your biggest expense in your lead generation tech stack? 8 workflows that turn Claude Code by Anthropic into a full cold email operator: Most teams run cold email across 6 tools, 12 tabs, and 3 ops people. You run Clay for lists, Smartlead for sending, lemlist for copy, HubSpot for routing, and a dozen tools between them. You are the integration layer. Buying domains. Babysitting warmup dashboards. Pasting replies into the CRM. Give Claude Code your API keys and describe the workflow in plain English. It writes the code, hits each API, and runs it. Any tool with an API joins the system. One agent runs the full cold email stack: 1. Source ICP accounts from Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, Crunchbase, and 6sense Dedupes, scores fit, rejects companies that will not convert before you pay to enrich. 2. Waterfall-enrich through Prospeo, Findymail, Apollo, Hunter.io, and Clay Every address runs MillionVerifier. Bad emails never touch a campaign. 3. Stand up infra with Mailforge, Maildoso, Salesforge, Cloudflare, Namecheap, and Google Workspace Domains bought, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configured by API. Dozens of mailboxes live in one run. 4. Warm inboxes via Warmy, MailReach, InboxAlly, and Warmbox alongside Smartlead and Instantly.ai Ramps volume, tracks placement, pauses any mailbox that drops under 99%. 5. Research and personalize with Firecrawl, Perplexity, Claude, OpenRouter, and Apify Every opener is written off real site copy, hiring signals, and funding data. 6. Launch multi-inbox sends through Email Bison, Smartlead, Instantly.ai, lemlist, QuickMail, and Mailshake Sender pools mapped, copy variants assigned, leads routed. Going live stops being a weekly ops project. 7. Route replies into HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Close, Pipedrive, and Slack Classify, update the CRM, fire a Cal.com, Chili Piper, or Calendly link while the thread is warm. 8. Close the loop with Gong, Grain, and Chorus call data Every win and loss feeds next week's copy, lists, and sequences. No pre-built integrations. You describe the workflow, it builds and runs it. At RevenueFlow we already run this across sourcing, enrichment, infra, warmup, personalization, sending, and reply routing. Claude Code is the first tool I have used that feels like a cold email operator, not another AI feature. We build AI-native outbound with a 90-day profitable pipeline guarantee. Miss your agreed meeting target, we work for free until we hit it. See if you qualify: https://lnkd.in/ePch_vqQ

This is my ENTIRE cold email tech stack broken down by function Most people ask "what tools should I use?" but the real question is "how do they work together?" Here's the 5-stage system that runs everything: Stage 1: Lead Generation & Research → ListKit: Pull targeted prospect lists → Google Docs: Draft & refine email copy → Close: CRM to manage the entire pipeline Stage 2: Data Enrichment & Orchestration → Slack : Team coordination and notifications → Clay: Orchestrate data flow between all tools → Airtable: Store and organize all prospect data Stage 3: Email Verification & Sending → Apify: Scrape additional prospect data → listmint: Verify email addresses and catch-alls → Smartlead: Handle all email sending and campaigns Stage 4: Scheduling & Landing Pages → Calendly: Seamless meeting booking → Framer: Custom landing pages that convert Stage 5: Performance & Analytics → ChatGPT: AI research at scale → Microsoft Clarity: Track website behavior → Kit: Email marketing and nurture sequences — The magic isn't in individual tools ... it's in how they connect Each stage feeds into the next automatically Most people use 3-4 random tools that don't talk to each other This stack eliminates manual work and scales infinitely
