“Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery,” or so they say, as Google copies Todoist's Ramble… down to the name. 😂 As I shared with the team, we made something so obviously cool that big tech had to copy. It's not the first time, and it won't be the last! It signals that we're doing something very right… And we'll just keep dishing out great taste and innovating. The one and only: https://lnkd.in/e4aahhc8

You asked, and it's finally here: Todoist’s Claude connector is live! ✨ Less tab-switching, copy-pasting your tasks between Todoist and Claude, and losing your train of thought, more actually getting things done. Your team (and your 47 open tabs) will thank you. Here’s how to add it: Open a Claude chat → hit the + → go to “Add Connecter” → look for Todoist! Then ask Claude things like: 💬 "Show me all high-priority tasks due this week and reschedule any that are overdue to tomorrow." 💬 “Tell me what is on my plate today and set up time blocks on my calendar to get the high priority tasks done” 💬 “Sort my inbox into projects” 💬 “Kick off a deep research for all tasks in my team’s ‘Product Research’ project” Add Todoist’s connector at the link in the comments, and get started asking Anthropic Claude to help manage your Todoist tasks!

Comment “Ramble” for the link. #Ad Your brain wasn’t built to be a storage unit. It was built to think. To solve. To create. But most of us spend all day using it just to… remember stuff. That changes now. I partnered with Todoist to show you how I use Ramble to just dump everything out of my head. Tasks, reminders, random thoughts, so my brain can actually do what it’s good at. Comment “RAMBLE” and I’ll send you a free link to try it. #TodoistPartner #Productivity #Todoist #GTD #ProductivityTips

If people don't know how to work with you, teach them. Okay that came out harsher than intended. What I mean is I send every new client a "how to work with me" doc. My working hours, how I handle feedback, when to expect responses, revision process. One page that saves weeks of awkward guessing. Early in my career, I spent a month crafting careful replies to my manager's "thinking out loud" emails—not knowing she never expected a response. A one-page doc could've saved me all that wasted energy. But making one of these is trickier than it sounds. What do you actually include? How much detail is too much? How do you phrase your preferences without sounding demanding? And how do you make sure the doc actually gets used instead of collecting dust? I answer all of this in a step-by-step guide for Todoist. It includes real "how to work with me" docs from folks at Todoist, Buffer, Dock, and more. Whether you're a leader, part of a team, or freelancing—this one's worth a read. Link in the comments. 🔗 in the comments.
