From the course: EFK Stack - Enterprise-Grade Logging and Monitoring

Introduction

Hello and welcome to EFK course Elasticsearch, Fluentbit and Kibana My name is Raghunandan Asanur and I am going to be your instructor for this course We are all aware of big organizations like Netflix, Amazon, Airbnb use microservice architecture, right? Well microservice architecture means hundreds of applications Hundreds of applications means thousands and millions of log lines, right? If you want to analyze all of these logs at one place, how can you do it? Well, that's the concept around observability of your application. And Elasticsearch is in center of all of this. In this course, we are going to focus on fundamentals of Elasticsearch. Indexing, mapping, documents, etc. Then, we are going to understand how Kibana can help us to visualize all of this data. We are going to see how fluent bit is key in logging and how it integrates very easily with Elasticsearch and Kibana. This course is completely a hands-on course, and we know it is very difficult to get access to the right tech while practicing the course. You don't have to worry. At CodeCloud, we provide you just-in-time access to the infrastructure so that you can practice along with me. Our browser-based labs and playgrounds is going to help you so that you can implement everything that I do in the videos. We don't give you just a bunch of commands to follow along, we want to give you challenges that you can solve in the course. At Core Cloud, community really matters. Hence, I recommend you joining these communities so that you can interact with fellow students, ask questions and share your thoughts. I know, you are super excited to deep dive into the concepts of Elasticsearch, Fluentbit and Kibana, right? Now, let us jump into the course and understand all of these concepts. Thank you!
